Is the Solo plan really free?
Yes. One company with one admin and one staff member, with every feature, for as long as you like.
What is the difference between an admin and staff?
Admins change settings: company profile, calendar, roles, templates, people, companies and the plan. Staff do the close work: they prepare, review and approve tasks, reconcile, attach files and comment. Both count as users.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. An admin can switch plans at any time under Settings → Plan. A smaller plan works once your companies and people fit inside it.
Are the prices per company?
No. The price is per account per month and covers all the companies and people the plan includes.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Your data stays yours. Contact us to get an export or to have it deleted.
