Read the audit log

Who signed in, from where, and what they changed.

Every sign-in, every change and every sign-off is recorded with who did it, when, and from which address. Nobody can edit or remove an entry.

  • My activity: everyone sees their own sign-ins and changes.
  • Audit log (under Audit in the menu): system auditors and admins see the whole account.

Find something

  1. Open Audit log.
  2. Pick Activity or Sign-ins, and Failed only to see wrong passwords and codes.
  3. Filter by person and by date, or search for a task, company or word.

Changes made by CloseDesk staff, for example a restore they did at your request, show as “CloseDesk support”.
